Exclusively produced from the Cave de Lugny vineyards, the average vine age is around 25 years. With South/South-East facing slopes, the soil is shallow and made of limestone.The grapes are harvested both manually and mechanically, before being pressed in a pneumatic press.
Tasting Notes:
Glassy, golden yellow in colour, subtle notes of citrus and honey on the nose, with floral hints and hazelnut. On the palate, rich fruity notes with a medium-body and an elegant fresh finish.
Pairing Suggestion:
Pairs well with seafood, poultry and tapas dishes, or can be served as an aperitif.
