By law we cannot sell this product to anyone under the age of 18. Exclusively produced from the Cave de Lugny vineyards, the average vine age is around 25 years. With South/South-East facing slopes, the soil is shallow and made of limestone. The grapes are harvested both manually and mechanically, before being pressed in a pneumatic press.
Tasting Notes: Glassy, golden yellow in colour, subtle notes of citrus and honey on the nose, with floral hints and hazelnut. On the palate, rich fruity notes with a medium-body and an elegant fresh finish.
Pairing Suggestion: Pairs well with seafood, poultry and tapas dishes, or can be served as an aperitif. Best served at 12.
