Located in the Burgundy region, the grapevines are situated between Buxy and Saint Gengoux le National and are generally grown midway up the hillside. Grown on a calcareous soil with limestone, the terroir is very shallow and ventilated, perfect for Pinot Noir. This wine is exclusively Pinot Noir and underwent ageing first in stainless steel vats and then in oak barrels or casks.
