To fasten, use the screwdriver to turn the screw a quarter turn anti-clockwise to unlock, then after placing on the wrist, turn the screw a quarter turn clockwise to lock. For sizing, measure the wrist and add 1 cm for a tighter fit or 2 cm for a looser fit.
