To determine the correct size, measure the circumference of the finger in millimetres using a tape measure at a time when the hand is neither hot nor cold. Ensure the chosen size passes easily along the full length of the finger. The two hands differ slightly in size; a ring worn on a finger of the left hand will not be a perfect fit for the same finger on the right hand. All Cartier rings are measured in millimetres.
