With a history dating back to the 16th century, Jacques Carillon is a master at creating the perfect Puligny and Puligny-Montrachet – the Carillon family not only harvests the grapes by hand, but employs traditional techniques passed down from previous generations. White wines such as this exquisite 2018 vintage Chardonnay are aged in light lees for one year and the winery only uses 15% to 20% new barrels to preserve their original flavours.
