The sauce in this fajita kit is our great taste award-winning Mexican chilli & honey, which is based on the dish 'puerco al horno con salsa de chile ancho y miel.' To create it, we use Mexican-grown Chipotle & Ancho Poblano chilli peppers to give a sweet & smokey flavour. We've also created a unique Chipotle chilli salsa mix which you use to make a deliciously fresh salsa at home as we love the combined flavours and textures.
