Make the Perfect Chicken Tinga in Minutes!You'll Need:300g chicken breast1 onion1 red or green pepper1 tbsp vegetable oil1. Add 300g of chicken strips (or alternative), a chopped onion and pepper to a pre-heated frying pan with one tbsp of oil and fry for 8-10 minutes over a medium heat, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.2. Add the paste and stir through, adding 1-3 tbsp of water to achieve the desired consistency.3. Cook for 1-2 minutes.4. Serve immediately with warmed tacos or tortillas.Make it extra special with our salsa or guacamole mix for a fresh tasting, spicy side dish prepared in seconds.Garnish with fresh coriander.
