• Modified Tapioca Starch
• Garlic Purér
• Dried Chipotle Chilli

Preparation

• 1. Sizzle: Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat and fry the meatballs in the pan for 5 minutes, turning occasionally until sealed. Drain off any excess fat.
• 2. Stir: Add the Capsicana Meatball Paste and Dried Chipotle Chilli Flakes to the pan with 4 tbsp water and mix well to coat the meatballs.
• 3. Simmer: Pour the Capsicana Mexican Style Tomato Sauce into the pan, stir in, then cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through. Serve with fluffy rice or crusty bread and enjoy! Add a zesty kick with a drizzle of chimichurri!
