Capsicana Mexican Smoked Cumin & Chipotle Fajita Seasoning Mix - 28g - Vegan

"From the first bite, you'll notice the smoked cumin and Mexican oregano flavours - these are complemented with a burst of lime oil to give an authentic fajita taste with a citrusy kick! You'll Need: 500g Chicken breast (sliced), 2 Onions (sliced), 2 Peppers (sliced), Capsicana large tortilla wraps
1. Coat 500g of chicken breast or thigh strips with this seasoning mix and a little oil.
2. Brown the chicken over a medium heat in 1 tbsp of oil before stirring in the sliced onions and peppers.
3. Stir until the vegetables have softened and the meat has cooked through (approx 8 minutes).
4. Serve in warmed tortillas with your favourite fajita toppings. I love guacamole, soured cream, fresh salad and dollops of Capsicana salsa.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
