The grapes used to produce this wine are fermented in vats at a controlled temperature of around 25ºC. Maceration with skins takes place for approximately 12 days in order to deliver the colour of the wine. The wine then spends 4 months in American oak casks before rounding off its ageing in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: The most vibrant expression of Tempranillo that shows ripe red fruit characteristics and a slight vanilla character from four months in American oak.
