Tasting Notes
Colour : Clear, very intense, almost black, garnet red with purple lights.Nose : Red fruit (cherries, blackcurrants), with notes of pepper and spices.Palate : Fine tannic body, with notes of pepper, liquorice, fine persistence, and long taste.

Regional Information
Varied over the whole producing area OC wine: there are sandy, clay-chalky and schistous soils.

Vinification Details
The grapes are harvested when ripe, destemmed, crushed and then fermented for 6 to 12 hours at a controlled temperatureand pressed gently. The wine is matured in stainsless tanks to conserve the rich aromas.
