Preparation and usage

Recommended Daily Intake: Shake well before use. Use within 28 days of opening. Adults: 15-30ml (one to two tablespoons). Children: 3-6 years: 5-10ml (one to two teaspoons). 6-15 years: 7. 5-15ml (one and a half to three teaspoons). Do not exceed the suggested daily intake.
