Producing only 27 casks each year, Bushmills 21 Year Old single malt is matured in bourbon and sherry casks for a minimum of 19 years and finished in Madeira casks for a minimum of 2 years, imparting an incredible depth with soft vanilla, milk chocolate and toasted wood notes. The nose is full-bodied and sweet, with gentle spices and orange peel, whilst the mouthfeel is luxuriously silky with a sweet and dry interlude. Intensive on the finish, liquorice and oak infuse through at the end.
