Bumbu Original Barbados Rum is a premium craft spirit made from the finest sugarcane and aged up to 15 years. This smooth rum is blended with all-natural Caribbean spices, perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails.
Dating back to the 16th century, when sailors of the West Indies added Caribbean fruits and spices to their rum, calling it Bumbu. Bumbu uses the finest sugarcane from locally sustainable farms selected from eight countries throughout the Caribbean and South America. Our Rum is distilled using two continuous stills, at a historic Barbadian distillery founded in 1893, whose traditional rum stills date back to 1840. After the distillation and aging process, Bumbu is blended with all-natural native Caribbean ingredients, rested, blended again and finally bottled and corked.
