The cosy newborn insert pampers your newborn, while SWIVEL adapts as they grow into a schoolchild, featuring multiple recline positions so they can explore the world or sleep soundly. The included long-lasting newborn insert provides an even more reclined position - a cosy cocoon for your little bundle of joy (up to 75 cm). It's like a growth spell for comfort and safety. At 15 months (or 76 cm), you can choose between your little explorer’s rear or forward-facing adventures. SWIVEL also transforms from a 5-point harness (up to 105 cm) to a booster seat, while the comfortable reclining positions comfort them up to age 7.

Certified to meet UN R129 standards, it ensures protection on every journey. Deep, secure side wings shield your little one from the outside and create a safe cave. The robust support leg ensures a safe and stable stand - even in the unfortunate event of an accident.

The seat can be installed with Isofix connectors with a support leg (40 - 105 cm) and also belted with Isofix attachment (100 – 125 cm).

The leg fixes to your car's floor to provide extra stability and minimise tilting movements of the car seat. And an easy-to-read indicator shows you when the support leg is positioned firmly on your vehicle’s floor, making it effortless to fit correctly.
• Quick-remove washable cover - Things can get pretty messy with children in the car. That's why Britax Römer designed a machine washable seat cover that can be easily removed without detaching the harness.

All the car seats in our range are designed to give your child the best possible protection and meet the criteria set out in the R129 (iSize) safety regulation. A baby must travel in the safer rear-facing position up to the minimum recommended age of 15 months. Some R129 car seats can be used rear-facing until a child is 105cm tall, which is around 4 years old.

Side impact testing is assessed as part of the regulation to improve the protection of the child’s head and neck. R129 also makes use of the most high-tech crash test dummies which not only has improved sensor technology to test for greater sensitivity, but it also features more sensors on fragile areas of the body. iSize is an enhancement of R129 that makes it easier to confirm your car seat's compatibility with any iSize approved vehicle - reducing the risk of installing your car seat incorrectly. While all i-Size car seats meet the R129 testing standards, not every R129 car seat is an iSize compatible seat.

R129 (iSize) car seats are classified by height only. In some instances, we may still need to check the weight of the child within the height band due to the maximum mass load permitted on a vehicle’s ISOFIX points.
