Product Information: Our Vegan Briochettes are high in fibre thanks to a mix of wheat flour, wholemeal flour and quinoa. In our Vegan Briochettes, we replace any ingredients of animal origin with plant-based ingredients that are selected with care. These Vegan Briochettes do not contain palm oil. To keep them soft, we have replaced butter with rapeseed oil. To substitute the eggs and milk, we use pea protein.
