These Perelló Gordal olives are packed with small pieces of guindilla green pepper chillies, making them picanté in the more mellow Spanish sense - a touch spicy, rather than hot. From the Seville province in the south of Spain, these large green olives are firm in texture with a very fine flavour; they are crisp and fleshy with a touch of heat from the guindilla chillies in the marinade.
