

Located on Spain's north coast, Conservas Ortiz have been fishing by traditional methods since 1891 and all fish is line caught and sustainably sourced. Ortiz select the smaller, more tender yellowfin tuna as fillets, where the flesh is pink/red in colour and full of flavour. The prime tuna fillets are then cooked and packed in olive oil to maintain freshness. Yellowfin tuna is a delicious source of Omega 3, rich and creamy in taste and perfect for salads, sandwiches, tapas and Spanish empanadas (fish pastries).
Brindisa offers a story of Spanish foods. Storage: Before opening, keep in a cool and dry place between 5 - 15°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 8°C in a non-metallic container, covered in the olive oil and consume within 3 days. Not suitable for home freezing.
