Prepared by fish experts Conservas Ortiz using the finest albacore core, which is known in Spain as ¿Bonito del Norte¿. Preparation: for best results, place the pack in boiling water and heat for 4 minutes. Open pack carefully with scissors and serve. If using a microwave 600W, empty pack contents onto a plate, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Ortiz Marmitako chowder style soup for 2: Heat the contents of the packet with the same volume of milk (enriched with a little cream if you have it).
