Prepared by fish experts Conservas Ortiz using the finest albacore core, which is known in Spain as ¿Bonito del Norte ¿. Made with all natural ingredients, Ortiz Marmitako is rich, creamy and very satisfying.It also makes a great fish chowder.

Preparation and Usage

Preparation: for best results, place the pack in boiling water and heat for 4 minutes. Open pack carefully with scissors and serve.

If using a microwave [600W], empty pack contents onto a plate, cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Ortiz Marmitako chowder style soup for 2:

Heat the contents of the packet with the same volume of milk (enriched with a little cream if you have it). Season with a pinch of herbs, chilli flakes or black pepper, and simmer gently for a few minutes. Serve with traditional Spanish cracker biscuits "Marineiras".
