How to Brew Loose Leaf Tea.
Let the rolled whole leaves do their thing. The best cups of tea are all about the perfect ratio of leaf to water, temperature, and brewing time.
1* Scoop per 400ml
95 Just-off-boiling water
3-4 Minutes of brewing time
*if you don't have one of our scoops, about 2 tsps of tea should do it.
Brewing Tip
Use slightly cooler water on this tea to get the best our of its complex flavour. Boiling water takes away the sweeter notes.
