| With its appealing pale salmon tint, this wine presents complex redberry notes on the nose, followed by bright red berry and strawberry on the palate. Offering great freshness, balance and drinkability, this Rose is crisp and dry, but with a pleasant hint of fruit sweetness. Perfect for everyday enjoyment. Serve at 8°C (chill beforehand but do not freeze). Can be enjoyed on its own but also matches beautifully with food such as salmon, sashimi or any freshly baked salmon sandwich, and smoked gouda mushroom quesadillas. |

| Grapes were sourced from vineyards grown in a cross-section of regions and specifically selected for their ability to deliver top quality grapes year on year. In order to get the perfect colour for the Rose the grapes were all hand-harvested, thus minimising any potential colour extraction. After crushing, the juice was drained immediately but with some vineyard portions receiving up to two hours of skin contact to ensure that the colour remained the precise salmon-pink hue desired and the palate retained the freshness of summer fruit. Wines were fermented cold at around 14°C, ensuring they retain a delicate and fresh bouquet. Made in a sustainable manner with sustainable farming.
