Discovered and propagated by Henri Gouges himself, the grapes that produce this Les Pruliers are a rare mutated “white” Pinot Noir, known as Pinot Gouges. This distinctive Bourgogne Pinot Blanc is ripe and juicy with characteristic orchard and tropical fruit notes layered with hints of chamomile and beeswax.
