Everything is cooked low and slow for 24 hours ensuring a delicious and nutritious punch to your daily diet.Made using 100% free-range organic British chicken bones, Borough Broth Co's 24-hour slow cooked organic broth is densely packed with 40% bones, guaranteeing an aromatic and deep flavour in every single batch.Using only whole ingredients, this broth is as close to homemade as you can get. The bones (a natural byproduct of the meat industry) are simmered slowly in spring water, with organic carrots and onions, thyme, black peppercorns, apple cider vinegar and a dash of pink Himalayan salt. That's it!Chicken broth is traditionally hailed for its health benefits but its unique qualities don't stop there. What we love about our broths is how versatile they are. Seasoned to perfection, you can sip straight from a mug, or add to your soup, risotto, chicken + leek pie, Thai green curry - anywhere you'd usually use a stock - and you'll be amazed how much a proper traditional broth can add flavour to your home cooked meals!

Our broth is good enough to sip straight from a mug or you can use it as a stock in your home cooking.Microwave instructions: Microwaves vary, these are guidelines only. Pour into a microwavable bowl or mug. Microwave at 900W for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure broth is piping hot. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Organic Chicken Broth3. 1 large Bok Choy cut in half4. 2 x chopped carrots diced into 1cm chunks5. *1 x hot red chilli sliced into 2mm strips with seeds removed6. 6 x spring onions cut into 2mm strips7. 2 x limes cut into quarters8. 200g rice noodles9. *1 x small bunch fresh coriander10. *1 x small bunch fresh mint11. *100g x beansprouts12. *A squeeze of SrirachaMethod:1. Dust the skin of the chicken thigh with a pinch of salt. Place in an ovenproof dish and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.2. Pour the pouches of broth and heat on the hob. Bring to the boil for 30 seconds then reduce to a simmer.1. Add the chopped carrots, half of the chillies, half of the spring onions and the juice of one lime to the broth.2. Cook noodles according to their cooking instructions. Drain when ready to serve.3. Remove the cooked chicken from the oven. It should be brown on top (crisp skin) and cooked through without being too dry. Set aside to rest for 5-10 minutes.4. Add the Bok Choy to the broth with just a few minutes to spare so it softens slightly before serving.5. Slice the chicken into bite-size pieces.6. Prepare a plate of aromatics - beansprouts, mint leaves, coriander leaves, the other lime (chopped into quarters), and the rest of the chilli and spring onion.7. Place the drained noodles into the two bowls. Put the chicken pieces on top.8. Pour the hot broth over the noodles and chicken.9. Add a sprig of coriander to garnish.10. Serve with the plate of aromatics to add as you wish.11. Add a drizzle of Sriracha for some additional heat (up to you how much!)
