Please read the instruction manual before use1. Remove the re-usable gel pads from pouch and peel away the protective film.2. Place the reusable pad with the exposed gel face down, onto the silver side of the electrode wing. Make sure the gel pads are flush & aligned with the electrode wing.
3. Download the free iTENS APP available on the App store or Google Play. Follow the instructions on the app to use the device.
4. Place the device on the area where you are experiencing pain.
