Boots Waterproof Protective Dressings have a flexible Film backing with a strong adhesive, allowing the Dressing to stay in place as long as possible. the Waterproof Film prevents wounds from getting wet even during bathing and showering.
For minor cuts and grazes with light weeping or bleeding.
How to use
- Wash hands. Clean the wound area. Ensure the skin around the wound is dry.
- Select a size of Transparent Film Dressing enough to overlap the wound edges by at least 2 - 3 cm. if necessary, cut to shape.
- Remove the release paper and apply the adherent side to the wound.
- Smooth the dressing from the center to the edge without leaving any gap, press the dressing edge to ensure good adhesion.
- Peel off the dressing carrier slowly. Gently press the edge of the dressing to make sure it fits the wound.
Hazards and Cautions
Warnings and Precautions: Do not reuse. Reusing may cause cross-contamination. Sterile until opened. Ensure carton seal is not broken before use. Do not use after expiry date. Device should be stored in dry and cool conditions and without direct sunlight.
