Snoring occurs when the soft tissue at the back of the throat relaxes during sleep and breathing causes this tissue to vibrate. This vibration produces the noise we know as snoring. Boots Sleepeaze Snoring Relief Oral Strips work by toning and lubricating the soft tissue to reduce these vibrations. The throat strips start to work immediately and the long-lasting formula ensure that they can remain effective throughout the night.

For best results, do not eat or drink after applying the throat strip. More than one application of throat strips may be taken, but usually one application is sufficient.
