Boots Plantar Fasciitis Orthotic Insoles help relieve pain from plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis and heel & arch discomfort. Developed with leading Podiatrists our insoles are lightweight, yet supportive and feature a contoured shape that cradles the heel and supports the arch to help reduce pressure. With targeted cushioning and softer compression zones to help reduce impact at the heel and ball of foot, our insoles allow for pronation control to keep your feet aligned, reducing the risk of excessive pronation which helps relieve the pain. They are ideal for everyday use, including standing, sitting, walking or during exercise – delivering comfort with every step.

What is Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is inflammation of the plantar fascia, a thick band of connective tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot from your heel to your toes. This tissue helps support the arch of your foot and absorbs shock when you walk. Key symptoms include a sharp stabbing heel pain, especially with the first steps in the morning or after sitting for a long time, and tenderness at the base of the heel or along the arch.

How to use

1. Ensure the orthotic insoles are a good fit for your shoes. They can be trimmed to size following the marked size guidelines if required, taking care not to cut too short.
2. The orthotic insoles are marked with left and right to ensure correct placement.
3. Some people find it beneficial to wear the orthotic insoles in gradually, firstly for an hour on the first day and building up the time worn over the first week so that the legs and feet become accustomed. Use in enclosed shoes with hosiery.
