How to use
Thoroughly stir one sachet into a small glass of cold water or juice, preferably just before or after a meal. Drink straight away before the mixture thickens. Follow with a further glass of water or juice.Boots Good Gut daily fibre is designed not to dissolve completely and will thicken slightly if not consumed straight away, this is normal.
*If required, two sachets can be taken per day. This will provide 20% of your recommended daily intake of fibre, but care should be taken to avoid increasing fibre intake in your diet too quickly, as it can lead to excess gas and bloating.
