Chilli rating: 3. King prawns in a rich, spicy sauce topped with roasted red chilli slices and coriander. No Artificial Colours, Flavours or Hydrogenated Fat
Oven cook from Chilled: 190°C / 375°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 for 30 minutes. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place container on baking tray in centre of preheated oven. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Remove film, stir and serve.
Microwave from Chilled: 700W for 5½ mins, 900W for 4½ mins. Decant into microwavable container. Cover with microwave proof lid. Heat on full power for 3 minutes (700W) or 2 minutes 30 seconds (900W). Stir thoroughly and re-cover. Return to microwave and heat on full power for further 2 minutes 30 seconds (700W) or 2 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute, remove lid, stir and serve. Packaging not suitable for microwave heating.

Extra care has been taken to remove shell, although some may remain. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Tender king prawns are added to a rich, warming tomato sauce with green and red peppers. Coriander, fennel and cumin seeds are fried off to release their earthy and aromatic flavours, followed by ginger, garlic, chilli and onion. Butter and cream are added to balance the spices and add richness. Hand finished with slices of roasted red chilli and a sprig of coriander.
