Bolla Soave Classico Rétro draws on the style of the historical 1960s Bolla label and is created using traditional winemaking procedures. It comes from historical hillside vineyards on mineral-rich volcanic soils.
It is made from 100% Garganega grapes from old vines, which produce light clusters with golden berries. The wine has floral and balsamic notes, with a round palate and notes of candied fruit and yellow plum.
Storage: Drink within 2 years of purchase. Store in a cool dark place. Consume within 2 days of opening.
Food Pairing: Ideal with pasta and risotto starters, salt cod, grilled fish, poultry. Serve at 12°C.
