Getting Started:

• Apply and rub a small quantity of conductive gel into the soles of your feet.
• Place both bare feet on the unit.
• Press the On/Off button briefly to turn on the unit. The unit will show 00 on the Mode display.
• To select a mode, press the Mode Select on the unit or Remote Control. There are 15 Modes (See Mode Descriptions). If left on 00, the unit will automatically turn off after 2 minutes.
• To adjust the Pads or Foot intensity level, use the + and - buttons. The range is from 1 to 20. The intensity can only be increased when both feet are on the Foot Plates, or a set of Pads are applied to the skin. If the feet (or Pads) are removed for more than 5 seconds, the intensity will reset to zero.
• The default programme run time is 30 minutes. To adjust the Time press the Time button. The run-time can be increased in 5 minute increments and can be set between 5 and 60 minutes by repeatedly pressing the Time button.
• You may change mode during a session. It is recommended that you reduce the intensity before changing, and then gradually increase the intensity as you become accustom to the stimulation.
• To end the session early, simply press the On/Off button on the remote control or on the unit.
• Tip: Always start with a lower intensity and gradually increase it for optimal comfort.

9. If the device malfunctions (e.g., output becomes stronger/weaker or stops completely, display issues), stop use immediately and contact the manufacturer.
