Teriyaki Stir Fry Recipe

Serves 2

You'll Need:

• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 400g beef steak, sliced
• 1 red pepper, sliced
• A handful of mangetout
• 1 pouch Blue Dragon Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
• Blue Dragon Noodles or steamed rice

Method:

• 1. Heat a wok until very hot and add the vegetable oil.
• 2. Stir fry the beef for 3 minutes until sizzling and lightly browned.
• 3. Add the red pepper and mangetout and cook for 1 minute.
• 4. Pour in the Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce and heat through for a further minute.
• 5. Toss through cooked Blue Dragon Noodles or serve with steamed rice.

Top Tip: Finish with a scattering of sesame seeds for added texture and authentic flavour.

Vegetarian Recipe

For a vegetarian or vegan meal, replace the beef with tofu, tempeh, plant-based strips or additional vegetables such as mushrooms, broccoli, pak choi and peppers.
