Instructions
Shopping list - just:2 chicken breasts,50g baby corn,50g mange tout,200g rice,1 egg.Recipe suggestion:Sweet Chilli Chicken with Egg Fried RiceServes 2Method:1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and add sliced strips of chicken, stir fry for 2 minutes then add strips of corn and mange tout.2. Add this sachet of sauce and leave to simmer for 1 minute.3. In another wok or frying pan heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add the egg, stir slightly and add the cooked rice and for an authentic taste 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce. Heat through for 2 minutes and serve with the chicken stir fry.This sauce also works really well as a dip for Chinese appetisers such as sesame toast.
