Salad dressing:
Grind 1 teaspoon of ginger and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic to a paste. Stir in the juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar and salt to taste. For added texture and appearance, add some toasted sesame seeds.
