Preparation and Usage: Chicken miso soup for 2
Flavour Sauté 1 tsp ginger and 3 cloves garlic in 1 tbsp of oil for a few minutes before pouring in 700ml of chicken stock and 1.5 tbsp Miso Paste
Cook Add cooked chicken or tofu, pak choi, mangetout and straight to wok noodles before leaving to simmer for 2-3 minutes
Serue Divide into 2 bowls and serve with sesame seeds, coriander, and sesame oil
