Make your coconut milk: Pour 400ml boiling water into a jug and add 100g Blue Dragon Creamed Coconut Block. Stir until dissolved.
Serves 2. 4 tbsp Blue Dragon Thai Green Curry Paste, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 400ml coconut milk (made using 100g Blue Dragon Creamed Coconut Block according to the instructions above), 400g chicken breast thinly sliced, a handful of mangetout or green beans, Blue Dragon Fish Sauce and palm or caster sugar to taste.
For the perfect Thai Green Curry, we use... Sizzle: Fry your meat until cooked through, reduce heat to medium and gently fry the Thai paste for a minute. Stir: Add the coconut milk and stir until paste is dissolved and bring to the boil. Add your vegetables and simmer for about 10 minutes until cooked through. Enjoy: Serve with steamed rice and enjoy.
