Our bread starts its life by combining the finest, hard white flour and yeast in a sour fermentation which gives our bread it's delicious flavour, springy texture and wonderful crust. To us, it's the pinnacle of the baker's art naturally curvaceous, delicious slice after slice. Chomp it with butter, just on its own, or toast and top it up. Fresh and tasty to the last crust.
