Preparation and Usage
Shopping List:1 x 60g sachet seasoning1.8kg Potatoes, peeled and chopped4 tbsps vegetable oilCooking instructions:1. Preheat the oven to 220°C Fan, 240°C Electric, Gas Mark 8.2. Par boil potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain potatoes, toss gently in colander and leave to rest.3. Meanwhile, add 3 tbsp oil to a deep roasting tray and place in the oven to heat.4. Put potatoes in a bowl, add 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle on contents of sachet. Mix to coat evenly.5. Put the seasoned potatoes into the roasting tray, and cook for 35 minutes, turning regularly until the potatoes are golden brown, crispy and tender.Serve and enjoy!
