Spelt is one of the oldest cultivated grains and is an ancient cousin of wheat. It is high in fibre & a source of protein
Although not gluten free, spelt can be tolerated by some people with wheat allergies.
Place pasta in a large pan of boiling water (1 Litre for 100g Pasta) Add salt to taste and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stir from time to time. Strain and serve with Biona Organic Pasta Sauces.
