Cooking instructions: Soak 250g of Risotto rice overnight.Cook with 750ml of water for approx. 40-45 minutes on a low temperature, covered with a lid. Stir occasionally.This Risotto rice is known for its light creamy consistency.It is ideal for risotto, paella and rice salads.
