Le Réserve is the result of a re-evaluation of Billecart-Salmon's Brut Sans Année cuvée, with the House's Tasting Committee opting to make a series of changes: extending ageing on the lees, reducing dosage, including more reserve wine and vinifying a larger proportion in barrels. As a result, Le Réserve is light and fine with a delicate texture, harmonious flavours and a long finish.
Founded after the union of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, the family-owned Billecart-Salmon has blended Champagne for over two centuries.
