Usage: All you need is: 1 Medium egg + 30 ml vegetable oil (2 tbsp) + 60ml water (4 tbsp) or 2 medium eggs + 60g melted butter

Prep time 10 mins Baking time 20-25 mins

Baking: 1 (20x20cm) square tin. Preheat oven to 180? (160? for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4. Grease tin and preferably line base with baking parchment or greaseproof paper.

• Stir brownie mix, water, oil and egg (or brownie mix, butter and eggs) in medium bowl until well blended. (Mixture may be lumpy.) Do not eat unbaked batter.
• Spread the mixture evenly into the lightly greased square tin.
• Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a rounded knife inserted 5cm from the edge of the tin comes out almost clean. Cool and cut in 16 pieces (or 12 for larger brownies) before serving.
