Preparation: All you need is: 105ml vegetable oil or 100g melted butter, 200ml water or 200ml milk, 3 medium eggs, 1 tub of Betty Crocker Rich Cream Cheese Style or Velvety Vanilla Icing (icing not included). Prep time 10 mins. Baking time 23-28 mins (for two 20cm cake tins) or 18-22 mins (for cupcakes). Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/Gas Mark 4. Grease tins. Beat eggs, water, oil and cake mix for 2-3 minutes. Pour into tins. Bake until a rounded knife comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in tins, then remove and cool completely before icing.
