Preparation

All you need: 130ml water, 15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil, 1 medium egg.

Prep time: 5 mins. Baking time: 17-21 mins. Baking: 1 regular size muffin tin. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C for fan assisted ovens) / gas mark 6. Place the included 6 muffin cases in the muffin tin.

3 Simple steps:

• Mix water, oil, egg and muffin mix together by hand (batter may be lumpy). Do not eat unbaked batter.
• Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin cases.
• Bake in the centre of the oven for 17-21 minutes, until the sponge is springy to touch and/or a round knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool completely, and remove from tin.
