What is it?
BetterYou Magnesium Oil Spray contains magnesium in its most absorbable form, magnesium chloride. This BetterYou Magnesium Oil Original Spray is Informed Sport approved. Ten sprays deliver a minimum of 150mg of optimally absorbable, elemental magnesium.
Apply 5-10 sprays morning and night. Ideally apply after showering and massage into wet or dry skin.
