Preparation and Usage
How to use
Bath
Add 250g magnesium flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.
Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.
Footbath
Add 125g magnesium flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx.
5 litres of water, enough to cover feet.
Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
Suitable for use during pregnancy
Instructions
For a foot soak dissolve 150g of Magnesium Flakes (one mug) in warm water, immerse your feet and relax for 20 minutes or longer if desired.
For a bath soak dissolve 250g of Magnesium Flakes (two mugs) in a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer to gain full body relaxation.
It is advised that 2-3 magnesium rich baths are taken per week.
Increase frequency as required.
Magnesium Flakes are 100% natural and are suitable for those who are on vegan, vegetarian and coeliac diets. Suitable for any age and during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Supplements should not replace a healthy diet and exercise.
