Usage: The essential ingredient for creating the perfect roast potatoes. For extra crisp roast potatoes, preheat the oven with a roasting tin inside. Pour fat into the warmed roasting tin and leave until smoking hot. Then add the potatoes and roast as normal. Also try using goose fat for homemade chips, roasted vegetables and fried eggs. At room temperature this product can be a liquid or a solid and separation resulting in both a liquid and solid appearance is also normal. The product can be used in either its liquid or solid form.
