Bespoke Foods duck fat is a pure cooking fat from a UK brand, made with 100% duck fat in a 320g pack. It delivers rich flavour and crisp textures for roast potatoes, homemade chips and roasted vegetables. Use it directly in either liquid or solid form.
The essential ingredient for creating the perfect roast potatoes. For extra crisp roast potatoes, preheat the oven with a roasting tin inside. Pour fat into the warmed roasting tin and leave until smoking hot. Then add the potatoes and roast as normal. Also try using duck fat for homemade chips, roasted vegetables and fried eggs. At room temperature this product can be a liquid or a solid and separation resulting in both a liquid and solid appearance is also normal. The product can be used in either its liquid or solid form.
